Upon noticing a charge of £69.99, I reached out to the customer support team on the same day, only to encounter a lack of empathy regarding my financial situation and my inability to afford this app. I was repeatedly told, 'this is our policy,' when I questioned the inadequate communication—showing a clear lack of genuine concern for their users. Be cautious when signing up for this app; the team seems to prioritize profits over the well-being of their users. They operate like total pirates.

Disappointing Experience

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. I signed up for the app over a year ago but hardly used it because, frankly, it didn’t meet my expectations. I thought I had canceled my subscription, but without any notification, they unexpectedly deducted an annual payment from my account. I contacted customer support immediately after the charge, thinking there would be some leniency, but despite the lack of warning and my non-use of the app, they refused to issue a refund. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

Beware of Auto-renewal

This is outrageous; in 2025, this company will deduct money from your account without any prior notifications regarding renewal. Imagine forgetting about a yearly subscription only to find out they've just taken your money, and upon reaching out within 15 minutes, they still won’t refund you (your response time was suspiciously delayed)? This feels like outright theft. The requirement to have a card on file only reinforces the idea that they are deliberately doing this to extract money from unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs. This is a company that seems indifferent to its consumers.

Similar Experience to Others… AVOID!

My experience mirrors others shared here. I signed up for the seven-day trial, which converted to a subscription. After trying the app for the first time, it was evident it wouldn’t suit my needs. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed I hadn’t used the app during the trial, completing only one workout before reaching out. They essentially said, ‘too bad, you should have tested it during the trial.’ I can’t believe the founder would want this negative reputation for her company. This reflects poorly on the leadership, and it's time to unfollow.
