I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience using the app, particularly regarding the auto-renewal, which feels like a scam. The company sends frequent marketing emails, yet I received no notice that my annual membership was about to renew. My refund request was denied. Not notifying customers of auto-renewals is unethical—this feels very shady, and I wouldn’t consider renewing in the future. This experience has significantly changed my view of the company. They should be honest and communicative with their customers by sending a clear reminder before renewals. Even their email responses are generic and lack understanding.
