I'm ordering a lot of things online from Romania, EU to America and even Canada, I never saw such a disrespectful customer service. I place a order especially from this site because the product was listed as "in stock", but evomag send it after 3 days, how could this be possible in 2020? At least let me know how much it will take. I sent 3 emails, for the first 2 I got no answer, for the 3rd one the answer was "soon", great job guys, very nice answer. I hope it was a robot, and not a real person. Worst customer service.I would give you 3 starts, for this poor customer service. But because you have ignored my e-mails, and you answered with "soon", you deserve 0 starts with congratulations.Don't loose your time guys, finder another store which know how to talk with the customers.@evomag, please don't answer with "e-mail us at marketing[at]evomag.ro with your order number", spend this time to answer your customer's emails.
