I had the bad inspiration of (re)ordering from them (i had 1 previous order, fullfilled, placed on their site). Two PC components, ordered half an hour apart.The next day, the orders' status was changed to "Order is on route for delivery", in the account's orders page. Good. After 2 days of waiting, i decided to issue a phone call and check on their status.After 4 hours, a lady answers my phone call and tells me that the packages have yet to be picked up by the delivery agent.The next day, i write an e-mail to my assigned order consultant, asking him if it's possible to speed up the process and even use a delivery service other than the ones they have agreements with, service for which i've agreed to pay (although shipping is free as per their statements).I still didn't receive an answer (4 days although 2 of them were weekends). I specified that we're supposed to be going on vacation and that nobody would be able to pick up the orders and check them.Today (02.12.2019 - orders issued on 26.11.2019) i managed to catch a phone call with another customer care consultant. I've asked her to check the status of my orders and, again, the damned delivery agent didn't pick them up (it's nice to have someone to throw blame on). I've asked her if she can guarantee that the orders could be picked up today as starting Wednesday (04.12.2019) we will be leaving town.She said that she'll make a quick inquiry to their Parcel Service and then get back to me.As i'm writing this message, close to 4 hours have passed since that phone call. Nobody called me back, nobody's answering the phone (i've kept trying to get someone to answer for 60 whole minutes). Bottom line: nobody bothered to properly check the stats of my orders; the e-mail address of the consultant who took care of one of my orders is useless, nobody replies there; they almost never answer the phone and they seem to be as little transparent as possible. Furthermore, "On route for delivery" means "Already picked up by the delivery services", not stashed somewhere in some dark warehouse (misleading information, to say the least).I'm not even sure they had the components on stock and the order is close to 1000 EURO in worth (4000 RON - 1000 $). Stay away from this store and if you do decide to buy from them, thinking it's cheaper, think of this: it's cheaper because that's all they do - sell you a product. There's no customer support, no aftersale service, no nothing! You don't even get a button to cancel the damn orders! Outrageous!Tomorrow i'll also be addressing Consumer Protection. This has to stop!
