First they don’t reply for weeks, second when they do they fob you off and more or less call you a liar, finally they do this endlessly until you give up. I have been getting this for a month now. They just repeat themselves but never resolve any of it. The players all talk about what a joke customer support is. There is no support. Play another game where customer are treated better. After I copied and sent this post to them I got a reply to say they will take comments on board. But, they have still done nothing about the issues I raised and still take an age to reply. Typical of their so called service.Evony is known for 2 things. A great game and none existent customer service!,
