A major concern is the customer service, which often leaves tickets unanswered for days or even weeks. When they do respond, it's typically a generic reply that fails to resolve the problem. Critical issues like missing points or technical glitches leave players to fend for themselves, which is unacceptable for a game relying on real money. Another troubling aspect is the enforcement of rules; it feels arbitrary and often incorrect. Players face bans or penalties without clear explanations, and in my case, issues regarding account transfers and harassment went unpunished despite vague guidelines. There’s no appeal process or transparency—just silence. Frustratingly, spending money doesn’t alleviate these problems; even big spenders feel ignored. The game seems designed to maximize spending rather than reward loyalty. Bugs during events erase progress, and customer service shows little concern. The game structure has become heavily pay-to-win, with free players unable to compete and even medium spenders reaching a dead end. This game has the potential to be great, but the combination of poor support, unbalanced monetization, and inconsistent rule enforcement makes it feel more like a trap than a source of fun. I can't recommend investing time or money here until the developers show respect for players and establish fair communication and enforcement. Currently, it feels like a system benefiting the company at the expense of everyone else.

Another significant issue lies in the rules and penalties. The enforcement of Terms of Service seems arbitrary, unclear, and at times, outright incorrect. Players face bans, suspensions, or penalties without clear explanations or recourse. In my experience, reported matters related to account transfers and harassment went unpunished, despite the vague and inconsistent enforcement of the TOS. There is no appeal process, no transparency, and no means to find resolution—just silence. The most frustrating aspect is that spending money does not change any of this. Even large spenders are overlooked. The game appears designed to extract more money rather than reward dedication or effort. Bugs during events can erase progress, lag and crashes can deplete troops, and resources can vanish. Customer service shows no concern. You can spend hundreds, even thousands, only to feel like a burden. The game structure has increasingly become pay-to-win. Free players cannot compete, low spenders abandon the game, medium spenders hit a wall, and even big spenders eventually become disillusioned due to the lack of support and the disappearance of value amidst glitches and server issues. This game has the potential to be fantastic. Strategically, it is enjoyable when functioning properly. However, the combination of poor support, unbalanced monetization, technical problems, and inconsistent rule enforcement transforms it into more of a trap than a source of entertainment.
