Communication has been poor, and the support we received has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Each time we contacted your team, we were either given conflicting information or no real progress was made on our issue.This delay has caused significant disruptions to our business operations. We rely on timely access to our funds to pay suppliers, staff, and meet other critical obligations. EVO’s inability to resolve this matter in a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable.We chose EVO under the assumption that we would receive reliable service and support. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
