I placed an order for a Koala back in July 2025 and sent countless emails trying to find out delivery details. Evora kept sending me emails saying they were trying to track the package and, in the end, stopped replying to my emails and so as of 2 December 2025 no product and no refund, I just sent another email today but not expecting a reply. This is a terrible company with poor service and misleading information. Do not buy from them.
