Shocking!!!! AVOID at all costs. Looked to be a UK based website and website said delivery 3 days. I ordered a dress, was sent a tracking number and at that point i realised it was a Chinese based factory, and my item could not be tracked. I emailed them three times, they replied to say there was delay! I ordered it on 10th February still waiting, tracking number not valid, they send the same email response that it is delayed and will be on its way! Shocking customer service. If the item ever arrives i suspect it wont be worth the £56 spent!!!
I placed an order in April 2025, and by June, it still hadn't arrived. I received a message from the support team stating they were investigating the shipping. I requested a refund since my children had grown out of the need for the product. They confirmed they would process it. Now, in January 2026, I still have neither the product nor my money back. The email contact no longer works. It seems like a complete scam.
I purchased an AI interactive koala for my granddaughter's Christmas, and it looked fantastic online! However, I have never been more disappointed than when the stuffed toy koala arrived yesterday!
