I ordered the Koala from EVORA over 6 months ago and I still haven't received it I have messaged them 3 times in 6 months to ask when my Koala would be arriving.The first time I was told that they were having supply problems. The second time I messaged them I was told it was a Delivery issue. Then the last time I messaged them I was totally ignored. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER,Disgusted by how poor there customer service is. I paid for the Koala right at the beginning, so they have had my money for over 6 months.I've had no contact from them At All Absolutely Abhorrent
