The sweet sweet irony of this company selling anti anxiety products when their process is so anxiety producing. Ordered on 2nd June, no updates, kept emailing and they kept saying the same thing over and over."Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be to experience a delay with your order. I sincerely apologize for the wait and any inconvenience this has caused.At the moment, our fulfillment team is experiencing some internal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control. If there’s anything else you need in the meantime, don’t hesitate to let me know."After these initials emails, they then kept trying to claim that the carrier had lost it in transit and that they were following up.Come a week or so ago I got fed up and raised a dispute with my card company and finally got a refund today. Awful company. Seems like they do this with every order!
