Bought a koala for Christmas for my granddaughter ( ordered in September 24) as she has problems sleeping due to anxiety. The bear stopped the breathing motion in May. Tried various types of batteries to see if that would help but nothing did. Contacted their customer services with a promise that a replacement would be sent out. That was July, it’s now September and no bear received just a load of excuses via email. They haven’t replied to my latest email because I asked them directly have they actually sent one. I think the non reply is my answer.
