Fraud company! DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on the 4th of June for my GF's birthday in mid July thinking that would be enough time to receive it. I messaged them 2 weeks after and was told "their fulfillment team is experiencing some internal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control" and was reassured they were working behind the scenes to get it sorted. I asked for an ETA and was told it was "with a third party shipping provider" so it was difficult to put a time to it which confused me as they said the email before their was "internal delays" and now it's apparently an external company. I then chased it up a week later and was told it's in the "processing stage" and I would receive shipping information and tracking once it's shipped. Now I send another email on July 11th as my parcel has sat at "in transit" on the tracking site for 2 weeks without and change, I was told "they don't have an update on tracking at this time" and that "they'd raise it with their courier and keep you posted as soon as we receive any information". Now despite this another 2 weeks later on July 26th I'm emailing them again to ask for another update as they never contacted me I was told "they understand the frustration with the lack of updates" and that they're "still actively working with the courier service to obtain further information regarding my parcel". On august 9th I emailed ANOTHER time saying "it's been over a month since my parcel has gone into transit and over 2 months since I placed my order and I've had no update" and "that I'm sure it must be lost in transit" I asked ANOTHER time for an ETA and if they couldn't provide one I wanted to look into a refund, they put "they're still actively waiting for a detailed response from the courier" and as soon as they "receive any concrete information or an estimated date, I will inform you immediately" despite the fact I had to chase them up every single time since the order has been placed. Now we're at 3 September so 1 day off 3 months since the order placed and 2 months since it's been in "transit" and I asked for "a refund as I've not received my good, and it appears your company doesn't know what's happened either, and at this point it's feeling like I've been scammed". I was told "we've now raised a cancellation request with our team for urgent review, and if it's still possible to cancel,we’re waiting for their confirmation before we can proceed further" and yet again got told "We’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update". Now of course they didn't follow up and 4 days later I emailed asking for "an update on my refund" as urgent to me is next day or same day! Now I didn't get any reply this time so I emailed 3 days after the last one asking for an update on my "urgent" review, and of course no reply again, think they need to look up they definition of urgent as they clearly don't understand it! Now this is 11 days since I asked for a refund and still no update! So now ANOTHER email was sent stating "It's been over 10 days since my "urgent" review for a refund was put in process" and was wondering "if any verdict has been made" and now waiting on a reply hence writing this as I'm not getting any email response so this is the next best thing! I thought if I'm not going to get my money back I can at least save people from having the same experience and wasting their money as well!
