Despite being told in several emails that my Koala had been shipped in June 2025 nothing has arrived. I have had multiple email exchanges from their 'support' team saying they are chasing it up. In August I asked for a refund and was assured this had been requested. As the email wording is all the same and the signature does not state the position of the sender I suspect it is an auto generated email. Still nothing and I am still trying to get a refund, so take note of all these awful reviews.
