I’m usually very careful about checking companies, but with Evora I’ve definitely been caught out. In my view, this is a fraudulent company.I paid £54 for a weighted “breathing” Koala in April 2025 and—surprise, surprise—it never arrived. I chased them twice, but the only way to contact them is by email. Their responses are vague, non-committal messages blaming “delays” and thanking me for my patience.I have never received a refund, never received the item, and have had to raise a complaint via ‘Shop’. Now, entering my fourth month of waiting, I think it’s safe to say this company has no intention of delivering my order or refunding my money.I suspect they operate from overseas (China, Malaysia, or similar), which makes reporting them to the police pointless. Sadly, I’ve accepted I’ll have to cut my losses. What I can do is warn others: if you value your hard-earned money, do not use this company. They will take it and give you nothing in return.
