Should be -5 stars. It’s a scam. It’s been nearly 2 months since I placed my order and the tracking has been stalled the whole time. Every email I sent was AI answered, parroting back what I said in my email with lots of apologies but no real information. I have asked for a phone number for a manager three times now and they can’t provide one and just ignore the question. I filed a complaint with Shopify and my credit card refunded the charge immediately.
