I would leave a less star review if possible, we ordered a puppy Evora for our autistic child, after a long wait it arrived and she loved it it helped her get to sleep, after 5 months one of the functions stopped working the breathing and tummy movement function which is the one she liked the most, after going back and forth explaining the defect they refused to repair/replace or refund and offered £15 as a gesture (which is admitting that the product was not fit for purpose) I told them I would not be needing the &15 as it had to be put to another product of theirs and I told them I would not spend good money after bad. It’s unbelievable that this product isn’t fit for at least 12months defects guarantee. 30 days is absolutely ridiculous DONT BUY FROM EVORA OFFICIAL AFTER SALES IS DIABOLICAL AsYou see below they are now offering support but this is just for public to see, we went back and forth approx 6 times but still the refusal to replace and repair is not offered DONT BE FOOLED
