Placed an order end of May, which still hasn’t arrived. Have sent an email every week, have requested a refund multiple times which never happens, they only come back to you once you contact them but only to say that they’ll get to it as soon as possible, but nearly 3 months on and still nothing, absolute joke of a company and customer service! Evora if you reply to this telling me to contact you and tell me you’ll look into it, I will take this further and report you! Update: got the exact generic response that i was expecting and that everyone else has got, so will be reporting Evora first thing in the morning!
