Ordered a Sloth, delivery slower than it

Ordered a Sloth and 2 rings on 26th June 2025. Received a tracking number with YunExpress on 27th June 2025. Their email address is helpcare at yunexpress.com - I recommend complaining to them as well. I have issued a chargeback for these items. For things that are supposed to reduce stress, this bunch of clowns only cause it.As I've received their stock answer below, please note that their offer of help is vacuous.
