However, newer AI technologies have now far surpassed it, and the platform no longer feels competitive.Unfortunately, I also had a poor experience with their support team — they refused to send me an official email confirming my subscription cancellation, even though my account still shows as active. They just told me to “trust their words” on the live chat of their website — a temporary chat that disappears once closed — instead of providing an official written confirmation with legal validity, which is the only real guarantee a user can rely on for legal purposes.
