The first communication I received was a strange 'apology' regarding something they were testing that 'accidentally went live.' Eventually, they offered a more genuine apology, but it felt too late to make a difference. Now, they have hidden the portrait and headshot tools on a different site related to art, and I can't even share the link here. This feels like a total breach of trust and a significant ethical misstep. It would have been more respectful to involve photographers in this new venture, especially since it wouldn't have been possible without our contributions!
