Literally the poorest ‘delivery’ company on n the planet.
The latest failure to deliver is just the latest in a long line of inexplicable failures to follow through on core business.
Bought a car stereo from Ali express, made it all the way to the uk no issues then evri got the task of getting to my house, this seemed to be an issue.
After 3 failed attempted deliveries (I work from home and not once did the door bell go) I then find it being returned to sender. Not great but at least it will go back and I’ll get a refund.
Oh no.
Turns out that was absolutely false and after two weeks of chasing they finally smithed the lost it and then I had to go through the process of claiming a refund.
Honestly when I buy things online and I get the ‘we’ve got your parcel’ email from Evri I pretty much assume I’m never going to see it.
I’ve now taken to messaging seller to make sure they don’t use Evri and if they can’t confirm that I won’t buy from them, so your poor business is impacting others.
