This company has got to be the worst company in the UK for customer service. Their agents constantly say things they know to be untrue via emails and when they get caught out they produce other untruths. they have lost my package and have refused to do anything about it now. The seller keeps on sending me a link saying the package is at a local post office but they cant tell me which one. An absolute disgrace of a company. during a previous unresolved dispute about another package going missing, I asked them to refuse any deliveries to my house and to send them back to the sender as they cant be trusted, this they didn't do. This has go on for nearly a month now. I’ve tried all the ways to contact them and just get stock emails, no call backs and more lies. When they were Hermes they were bad and now they are worse.

Repeated Failed Deliveries by Driver Mark

I have had several bad experiences with a courier named Mark in Liverpool. He often marks parcels as “delivery attempted” with a photo, but I have been at home and the doorbell was never rung.
This has happened multiple times with different parcels. Despite my complaints, no action has been taken, and it’s very frustrating. Please be aware of this if you are expecting deliveries.

This company is known for poor delivery and yet again they've lived up to their reputation. Firstly I ordered next day delivery and the parcel came 3 days later. When I did receive my item the box was completely damaged and the trainers were floating in the bag and not the box. The trainers were also damaged with marks and a hole on them. NEVER EVER will I buy from a company who use Evri as a delivery service. Nor will I use Evri as a delivery service.

My parcel was left just inside the door to my block of flats, where it could easily have been seen and stolen by everyone entering and leaving the block. While this would have been bad even at the best of times to make matters worse the door to my block of flats recently came off its hinges and has not yet been repaired, so my parcel could have been stolen by anyone outside the block. We get a lot of parcel theft here. I just wish Evri couriers could take 30 extra seconds to bring parcels to my door and ring the door bell.
