The parcel was left on our front garden rockery - just inside the gate - some 25 feet from our front door and not visable from the house (pitch black at 8pm this time of year), Courier remembered to take a photo of the parcel but did not leave it in the porch as claimed. Completely exposed to the weather and any passer by walking past on the pavement, Could have been easily stolen and resulting in a disputed delivery, as well as a very wet parcel. Whilst an e mail was sent, not read until midnight, when I had to walk down the path to retrieve it. Just walking a few extra feet and ringing our door bell or using the door knocker (there were 3 of us at home) would have resulted in it being actually delivered as opposed to dumping it on our garden and out of sight - no need to take photo and a happier customer would have been the result. At this point I am not impressed !
