My last 2 parcels have been taken and stolen. This is due to your courier just leaving my parcel in full view of a busy road.Today the courier didnt even knock on my door just threw my parcel down the garden path. I went out and confronted him.He was very rude. I am disabled so cant get to the door quickly. I have reported both missing parcels.and your reply have been slow and nothing has yet been resolved
