I wish I could give an even lower score.In the past month myself and my partner have had 3 deliveries go missing.All showing as delivered with a picture.But when you look closer the parcel has the wrong name and address on it and is not on our premises or neighbours. Some pictures of proof of delivery have even been taken on someone’s bed.This was Christmas decorations and presents for our first Christmas with our little girl. What is even more frustrating is some of the items ordered are now out of stock and can’t be replaced.
