Evri are completely unreliable and useless in my area where I live for deliveries, tracking number given to you does not mean a thing to Evri, example ordered an item, tracking number given for Evri, two days later email from Evri that they had received parcel and update would be given when delivery would take place, 7 days later got mail saying delivery that day with a 2hr slot, 4 mins after that second email turned up saying delivery delayed to next working day, no sign of them next day so got refund off seller. Evri from top to bottom about as much use as a chocolate tea pot, different driver, do not ring door bell, no respect for customers parcel, just dump it outside on a block of flats in all weathers and open to the public, and this happens all the year round, what an absolute joke this company are.
