I wouldn't even give evri 1 star,the stress I have ensured over the past 2 weeks has been ridiculous.Over £400 worth of kids Christmas presents apparently delivered but no picture plus I have door cam footage to prove they wasn't delivered and it's states delivered when I enter the tracking number yet I can't rate my courier as there isn't one to rate.Can't speak to a human,trust me I have tried endlessly for days,all unhelpful chat bots who don't resolve a thing and just keep saying the same thing Keep getting claire via email yet again another chat bot who had the cheek to tell me that she'd sorted it on 2 occasions when she clearly hasn't.Plus I have 6 more packages all held somewhere with enri 3 delivery dates set over the past 2 weeks and yet nobody has turned up or updated me,that's another £600 worth of goods gone.I have no idea have to sort as I can't speak to anyone from evri.I work hard for the things I buy and have no money to replace these things,all my daughter's birthday presents and kids Christmas gone.I will never buy online again if I know evri are the courier and I warn others against it.Dpd,royal mail Amazon etc all fantastic and you can actually speak to a person who removes thing promptly.Does anyone know what I can do to get help? I'm so stressed with it all.
