If I could score zero, I would. Firstly parcel delivered to wrong address. I contacted Evri. Whilst waiting for their reply a neighbour delivered the parcel that had been left on their doorstep. I immediately contacted Evri to say it had been found and delivered … their reply apologised and told me to contact the seller regarding the undelivered parcel. I replied asking them to re-read my email saying that the incorrectly delivered parcel had been handed to me by a neighbour. The Evri reply states that they are unable to give a refund or replacement and to contact the seller. I thought the delivery driver was sloppy, but gave no words for the incompetence of the customer services!
