I normally don’t complain, but I had booked acourier pickup for Saturday 22nd November.I received an email telling me that nobody wasat home when they called so they would try againnext working day. Myself and my family were allat home all day and nobody called. I received adelivery the next day which was left on the doorstep,I have not received an update even though I have sent an enquiry. My parcel is still here waiting to be collected. Very disappointed.
