You give update saying you have the parcel then nothing until its out for delivery. That's OK if your going to be in, on this occasion I was ready out. If it wasn't for my neighbour seeing the evri agent dropping the parcel on the door step and she took it in.
Could you notify customers the day before saying that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow, then it give you a chance of being in or arrange for a neighbour to take it.
Also very few of your agents ring the door bell when delivering, thay just put the parcel on the doorstep, take a photo and go. I have been in waiting for a parcel and I didn't know that the parcel was outside until I got a message from evri saying that my parcel was delivered.
