Two days ago received notification about my delivery, they said parcel will be delivered today. Around 20:00 they sent me a message sorry there is a delay with delivery. Ten minutes after delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow( today). Now it’s 22:00 awaiting all day for my package and no response, no tracking available and no update on website. Absolutely pathetic company. Why all these retailers use their products? They paid lowest rates to their drivers and this is what they have…
