EVRI - 7th DAY of ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE.

If I could give '0' STARS or ' - minus' STARS, I would.

EVRI have been trying to deliver my parcel the last 7 days. Each day they say (via the App) that my parcel will arrive that day, generally between 5pm-7pm (sometimes 5pm-9pm). Then for no apparent reason, they are a no show. No one turns up, no one attempts to deliver and there is no notification until the following day, when they promise to deliver it once again.

In case anyone from EVRI is reading this, the 16 digit delivery tracking number is below - please reach out to me if you can be bothered.

So a parcel that was on a 2-day delivery service, it now moving towards 8 failed days and who knows where it will end.

EVRI are the worst, of the worst, of the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.

I NOW FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY HAVE lost, let it be stolen, misplaced or just disappeared. THEY SIMPLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DONT SEEM TO CARE.

I have also tried to contact Customer Services, and it is probably easier to get through to the Pope.

The automated automated BOT in their phone system is also next to useless. It seems they don't want to do a good job at anything. In my experience, and certainly in my area, EVRI could not run a bath, let alone run a delivery company. Pedigree rubbish. AND EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT ME TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM THEY HAVE CREATED. LAZY FOOLS.

Where I can, I will NEVER use EVRI AGAIN.
