I ordered a set of prescription contacts meant to last me 3 months. My flat reception recieved the package from Evri half opened. I then looked inside and found both boxes for my contacts competely gone as well as some other supplies I payed for. I tried multiple times to call customer service but was only met with an unhelpful answer machine. I then sent over a message alerting them of the situation. They then confirmed recieving the complaint and said they would look into it and proceeded to do nothing. I was waiting and trying to get in touch for over a month and was then essentially told to go away by the answer machine. I couldn't afford to get another set and was travelling at the time so I had to use my old out of date ones which are an infection risk. Will never use this company again. NEVER trust them with your precribed items.
