I have used Evri for my last three deliveries, and the experience has been consistently unacceptable.
One parcel took over 30 days to arrive, and the other two simply “disappeared” at their depot, which is exactly how their own customer support described it. Being told that your parcel has been lost inside their own depot is beyond frustrating.
To make matters worse, the retailer I purchased from only issues refunds after 40 days. Evri does not properly update the retailer’s system to confirm that the parcel has been lost, which means I am forced to wait the full 40 days before I can even reorder the item. The customer ends up paying the price for Evri’s internal failures.
I strongly do not recommend using this company. Based on my recent experiences, the service has been unreliable, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing.
