I am astonished that this company is rated so highly based on my experience of a number of missing, misdelivered or delayed parcels. I cannot understand when the items are directed to my local parcel shop they still manage to lose the deliveries.
I am chasing two items which were claimed as delivered but have now been declared missing by Evri. I now have to use my time to pursue the senders despite Evri being responsible for the loss.
Another delivery today, inexplicably delayed and likely it too will go missing whilst claiming to be delivered.
I have no problems with Yodel, Amazon, Next or Parcel Force only Evri.
If I could use any other company I would, Evri are beyond doubt the very worst for losses, punctuality and customer service.
A further update.
A 4th parcel has now also inexplicably not been able to be delivered on 17-Feb. So I have now not had delivered nearly £200 of recent orders over the last 10-days.
There is no way to use another delivery service so even if the sellers accept that Evri have either lost or failed to deliver the items and replace them I will have to rely on... You guessed it... Evri to deliver replacements.
I would give a zero star review if Trustpilot allowed it.
