I paid £100 for 12 items that I bought from ali express and they were sent by combined delivery in the same evri parcel. No problems until the delivery arrived at the depot in Bolton, I was told it would be out for delivery then told it had been delayed and would be delivered the next working day. A few days passed so I messaged evri to see what was going on and they replied to say they would deliver it as soon as they could so I waited more days and asked them if they had lost it to which they admitted they had. They told me to ask for a refund from the sellers as they were not willing to give anything for their mistakes. So I messaged each seller and they messaged me back to say they can't refund me as the tracking still shows in transit. I messaged evri again asking them to change the tracking and they said it's not their department but they will get in touch with the correct department to change it. A month later and I have emailed the CEO of evri and put a dispute with Resolver and still no change of tracking and no refunds from the sellers. Terrible service from evri just losing a parcel with £100 of my stuff in. Only a few week before they broke a Galileo thermometer and I had to get a refund from the eBay seller. About a year ago I sold an oscilloscope that looked like it had been kicked about and hit with a bat and they would not refund me but I had to pay out to the buyer despite it being well packaged and paying insurance on the parcel Evri don't take responsibility for their mistakes and I will avoid using them in future where I can.
