I never use Evri due to parcels being lost or not delivered in the past.
I ordered something from eBay but did not realise that the seller used Evri for delivery. The moment my parcel was not delivered, I just knew it was an Evri issue. The item was dispatched on the 16th of February. It's now the 22nd of February, and it still has not been delivered.
I have opened an investigation and am still awaiting a response or delivery. I will give it a few days and will request a refund from eBay.
