I sent a parcel to return to a seller China using evri. It's been missing for months now and I'm being sent from pillar to post, asked to enter the same info repeatedly, instead of staff just sorting this out for me. It's costing me as much in time now as the 130 I spent on the purchase and parcel. Very frustrating experience.
