I have tried contacting Evri various ways via chat, mobile and email but after one response they do not respond again and have not sorted out the problem. I have had 4 parcels returned to Zooplus from Evri, I asked them to deliver to my parcel shop but they did not do so with all parcels. I have now asked them to deliver any parcels from now on to my home address but have had no response again. I have tried to update the address for delivery but could not. I asked them in my last mail to update for me so I can get deliveries from Zooplus again. This has been ongoing since middle of January.
