Next day delivery to my work address: First day they said no one was in. There were literally hundreds of people in. Next day, Friday, they say they will deliver at 18:30, when everyone has gone home. Website, chat and phone are automated to deflect customers away. It won't even open the chat box if it isn't one of the available options to chat about. I just can't get through to them that I was, in fact, in and redelivering outside work hours is futile. Now it looks like next-day delivery will turned into next-week delivery if they don't send it back because they will keep trying to deliver during the weekend.
