I cannot tell you how infuriating it is, to be in the property awaiting the delivery between 1-3 for you to then get an email to say 'delivery was unsuccessul'. Very odd considering there was no attempt to ring the intercom or knock my door?! I have tried to get in touch with Evri but they stated they would get back to me in 24 hours. It is utterly preposterous that I should be expected to wait when it was the drivers fault entirely. No matter how many times I open a chat all I get is 'there is an open enquiry' - funnily enough I don't believe you. I will be making a complaint.
