Out of the last ten deliveries sent to me via Evri, eight have been lost, one was sent back to a seller for no apparent reason, and one was delivered a week late. My latest delivery is already running late, even though I try to avoid Evri like the plague, some sellers still use them.
I cannot conceive of any reason to justify such appaling service. And to add insult to injury the lies they spew regarding missed deliveries is astonishing. Telling you its out for delivery, when its not. Saying the courier missed the connection. They must have an AtoZ of excuses to cover every scenario.
Logistically, the only thing I can do is avoid them, which I do. How they get a rating of 4.1 on Trustpilot is beyond me. Without doubt, one of, if not the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
