Unable to speak to a human at the Evri Parcel Depot in Dundee. I do not have tracking number as parcel sent there by mistake instead if going to a different courier. Each time I phone I get automated line. I just want to speak to a human. I have tried phoning and I don't have tracking number so do not get to speak to anyone. I don't get past first hurdle so thanks for replyong and telling ne to phone tge number I have tried 3 times.
