I sent a parcel to Australia Saturday 28th Feb via my local post office. Since Saturday (now the following Wednesday) I have tried to use the tracking service with the number provided but their system is still showing 'unable to trace this number'. I've tried to contact them and phoned the number shown 'if you want to SPEAK to a customer service advisor' Unfortunately you do not SPEAK to anyone but interact with another chatbot. Who repeats 'unable to trace this number'. Exactly the same response from using the 'track my parcel option'. Very frustrated as you are limited to selecting from a list of inappropriate questions (for what I wanted to ask eg where is my parcel?) when trying to ascertain where my parcel is. Not really very helpful and therefore not what I would say represents customer service even on a basic level.
