I booked tickets for a match this coming Tuesday to celebrate my 8-year-old's birthday. It's Newcastle vs. Man City in the cup, and I've spent over £350 on these tickets. As of now, I still haven't received them. I'm currently rating this experience with 1 star, but I will change it to 5 if I eventually get the tickets. I've tried reaching out multiple times without any response, which is incredibly frustrating. They seem to be heavily promoting themselves through Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook, and it appears they may be letting many customers down. I really wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase.
