I bought tickets on 24th December 2025 for the Chelsea Arsenal match on 14th January 2026, but I never received them. I've emailed the service twice without any reply. This feels like a scam, and I've had to reach out to my bank to recover my funds, as this is essentially theft. I strongly advise avoiding this service and reporting it!
I booked tickets for a match this coming Tuesday to celebrate my 8-year-old's birthday. It's Newcastle vs. Man City in the cup, and I've spent over £350 on these tickets. As of now, I still haven't received them. I'm currently rating this experience with 1 star, but I will change it to 5 if I eventually get the tickets. I've tried reaching out multiple times without any response, which is incredibly frustrating. They seem to be heavily promoting themselves through Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook, and it appears they may be letting many customers down. I really wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase.
Just like many other negative experiences, THIS IS A SCAM!! Don't even try it; you won't get your money back, as I have discovered. I purchased what I believed were 2 tickets to a major game without any success. I reached out to the support team multiple times but have yet to receive a response. Now that I've posted this, they will likely reply to my comment and threaten to remove it for being negative.
Face value tickets for highly sought-after matches on a site that's just a few months old? The presence of paid social media ads and managed reviews raises concerns (my earlier review was removed, which seems to be a common issue). It's essential to use caution. If you choose to proceed despite the warning signs, make sure to use a credit card and save screenshots of all transactions to facilitate a potential refund from the credit card provider.
This was my first experience buying tickets for the game, and I encountered no issues with the payment process. The tickets were emailed to me almost instantly after completing the transaction. The platform is very user-friendly.
I can't believe you still have tickets for the match available at £50. The game is just a week away. It's sold out in most places, yet your tickets have been on sale for over a month at such a low price for this event. It just doesn't add up.
When it comes to trusting the company, you can form your own opinions — but I recommend looking up @evrivent on Twitter/X first. You'll find many individuals commenting on a now-deleted post from the company that offered payment for a review, which raises concerns about their reliability.
