I bought tickets on 24th December 2025 for the Chelsea Arsenal match on 14th January 2026, but I never received them. I've emailed the service twice without any reply. This feels like a scam, and I've had to reach out to my bank to recover my funds, as this is essentially theft. I strongly advise avoiding this service and reporting it!
I booked tickets for a match this coming Tuesday to celebrate my 8-year-old's birthday. It's Newcastle vs. Man City in the cup, and I've spent over £350 on these tickets. They seem to be heavily promoting themselves through Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook, and it appears they may be letting many customers down. I really wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase.
Just like many other negative experiences, THIS IS A SCAM!! Don't even try it; you won't get your money back, as I have discovered. If you choose to proceed despite the warning signs, make sure to use a credit card and save screenshots of all transactions to facilitate a potential refund from the credit card provider.
