I've always shopped from Evry and typically didn't have any issues with them, save for a broken bracelet. However, this time around I had a bad experience. I was window shopping on the website and wanted to see what the price of some items in my cart would be after adding a promo code. I entered the promo code and pressed enter. The page refreshed and I was taken to a screen telling me my order had been placed. I was not prompted to input my address or payment method. I tried to get in contact with customer support, but was met with only AI chatbots. Pretty bummed but maybe this was my fault.
