I’m actually obsessed with Evry Jewels. Their pieces are so cute and trendy but still feel super wearable every day. I love how you can stack their rings and layer necklaces without it looking like too much — it just gives that effortless, cool vibe.

The quality surprised me too. For the price, everything feels sturdy and hasn’t tarnished on me. I’ve worn my rings and necklaces almost daily and they still look brand new. Plus, they have so many different styles — dainty, bold, colorful, simple — so there’s literally something for everyone.

Shipping was smooth and the packaging is adorable, which makes it feel even more special when you open it. If you like jewelry that makes your outfits look 10x better without trying too hard, Evry Jewels is 100% worth it.

I ordered a size 6 ring and an April birth stone necklace but in my delivery confirmation it says size 9 and October birth stone. I emailed about it and they only said “trust our quality is good. Sorry you are dissatisfied.” But I’m not worried about the quality. The ring is going to waste, as is my money. Don’t order from here if you think you might need a refund, or the right size ring. Very disappointing.

I would give zero stars if I could but 1 star is the lowest rating. This was my second time ordering from them because my first time I was decently satisfied. I understand the price point and what to expect. The second order I placed I bought 4 items. 1 item shipped fairly quickly. However, after 3.5 weeks and the rest of my order hadn’t shipped I sent an email asking where my order was. Of course, I got a generic email saying they are doing their best to process orders due to a high volume of orders. After another week of no update I contacted them again and was told 1 item was out of stock and that was the hold up for the rest of the order. How did you ship 1 item quickly but the other 2 in stock items couldn’t get shipped because 1 item was out of stock. Make that make sense. Also, I asked for a refund and was told they can’t refund items that are in stock, even though it had been over a month at this point. After numerous emails back and forth and getting no resolution and a bunch of excuses I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Out of the blue, the next day I contacted my bank I got an email from Evry Jewels issuing me a refund for the 1 item out of stock and my other 2 items had shipped. Fast forward to delivery, the package was delivered by OnTrac. Well, the delivery driver delivered my package to the WRONG ADDRESS and I knew that from the picture the delivery driver provided. I contacted Evry Jewels to let them know and provided a copy of the picture and only got generic email responses basically saying once the item ships it’s no longer their responsibility and to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier, which you can’t get a hold of via phone only email, and let them know of the delivery error and provided a copy of the picture provided by their delivery driver showing it was delivered to the wrong address. Also with OnTrac (worst carrier ever) I got generic email responses saying the tracking shows it was delivered, contact the seller. So I went back to Evry Jewels to let them know and per usual I got the same generic email responses. So basically neither Evry Jewels and OnTrac would take any accountability nor do they care about their customers. The way Evry Jewels handled the situation and treats their customers is alarming and unacceptable. I never received a real email, only generic emails repeating the same thing over and over no matter what I said. Will never order from them again as I still have not received my order.

my past experiences have been great I love the jewelry so much it comes so well their earrings are so nice I used to have infected ears because of earrings but every jewels has my back now I have clean earrings and have such great and cute jewelry from necklaces to anklets I'm all gamed out thanks to every jewels. every jewels is the best place to buy jewelry it has anything you would need for jewelry if you're going on vacation or if you just want cute jewelry it has it it is so cute and it comes so good quality and it has the most amazing workers ever if you have a teen get them every jewels for Christmas or there birthdays I love it hope you guys do to and thank you every jewels for making me have a great experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE A HAND CHAIN FROM EVERY JEWELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased the sarah hand chain and with DAYS of having it, it snapped whilst i was driving. I thought this was a one off so i ordered 2 others. However BOTH of them snapped as well whilst doing EXTREMELY MINIMAL movement. I do not recommend this brand AT ALL, especially the hand chains.

I ordered a bunch of jewelry just before Christmas. I received a pair of mismatched earrings in my order. I also got a bracelet that I wore a few days and then it broke. Today I contacted customer service on both matters and was told they could not do anything because it had been over 30 days since the order was placed. First off, the mismatched earring is their mistake. And a bracelet should last more than a couple days! I went back and forth the the customer service agent with no help. Don't waste your money. They do not care about happy customers!

Extremely Disappointing Experience!

This service is incredibly frustrating! My daughter used my phone to browse items, got excited, and accidentally added a bracelet to the cart without discussing it first. They charged for additional insurance and protection, turning a $7 bracelet into a $25 expense! I contacted them immediately to cancel the order, but they refused, stating no cancellations or refunds are allowed, even though it was just 10 seconds after the purchase! I plan to dispute the charge and leave negative feedback since their response indicated they could do nothing. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

I purchased £30 worth of jewellery, but it never arrived. I checked the confirmation email and reached out via email, yet received no response. The link to my order was also non-functional. I attempted to follow up, but again, there was no reply. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've had with a service.

A true treasure with great affordability and adorable jewelry.

This service is truly a find, offering great prices and a wide selection of charming jewelry. I encountered a minor issue, but their support team responded quickly and were very understanding, even though it was my mistake. I will definitely continue shopping with them in the future.
