I ordered a bunch of jewelry just before Christmas. I received a pair of mismatched earrings in my order. I also got a bracelet that I wore a few days and then it broke. Today I contacted customer service on both matters and was told they could not do anything because it had been over 30 days since the order was placed. First off, the mismatched earring is their mistake. And a bracelet should last more than a couple days! I went back and forth the the customer service agent with no help. Don't waste your money. They do not care about happy customers!
